Contact

logg.money is built and run by one developer, so mail goes to a person rather than to a ticketing system. That means replies are not instant, but they are from someone who can actually change the product.

Anything about your account: a transaction that was not picked up, a merchant or category read wrongly, a Gmail connection that stopped working, a statement that will not open. Include the account email and, if it is about a specific expense, its date and amount — enough to find the record without you sending the message itself.

Privacy and data requests

hello@logg.money

Requests for a copy of your data, or for deletion of your account and everything attached to it. Send it from the address on the account so it can be verified. Deletion is honoured within 30 days and covers stored source messages, uploaded statements, saved statement passwords, and your Google token.

Security reports

hello@logg.money

Put Security in the subject line and it gets read first. Describe what you found and how to reproduce it; please do not exercise a flaw against another person's account while testing. Good-faith reports are welcome and will not be met with legal threats.

Everything else

mayank@logg.money

Partnerships, press, feedback on the product, or a feature you wish existed. This one goes to the developer's own address rather than the general one.

Response times are usually within two business days and slower at weekends. There is no phone line — logg.money will never call you, and nobody from logg.money will ever ask for your banking credentials, card number, OTP, or UPI PIN. Treat any message that does as a scam, whoever it appears to be from.
